Recent work includes:

Inta

“I love the work The Cultureship Practice are doing. It really excites me that we are creating my type of culture - a culture that will be a grounding for complete happiness and success.” Danny Moore, Inta Founder

We worked with this exciting and highly ambitious consumer start-up to assess, develop and embed their fundamental values in order to assist the growth of the brand.

Through using Cultureship Labs and challenging coaching, we developed The Inta Cultureship Contract and IntaDevelopment, an internal coaching and development programme for all new employees.

Salford Metropolitan Borough Council

“Refreshing, challenging approach to the culture game. New words, new insights – a new lens to help you focus.” David Horsler, Salford Council

We conducted a Cultureship Check across the organisation against a backdrop of significant internally and externally driven change.

The Check provided insights into the organisational response to change and identified a number of potential difficulties being experienced by staff. This deep assessment of the organisational culture also alerted key leadership to the need to manage the impact of change as well as the process of change.

Fastrac Resourcing

The Cultureship Practice interviewed all staff members and conducted a Cultureship Check within a successful, sector-specific recruitment company.

Recent recruitment and retention issues prompted this in-depth ‘stock-take’ and provided insights into the relationships, values and assumptions that were limiting the growth prospects of the company. After giving clear recommendations, we worked with training provider xpanse to embed new processes and skills which supported Fastrac's overall potential and vision.

Rose Bridge High School

We are fascinated by corporate culture wherever it is found. An interesting phenomenon within the Public Sector is how some examples of commonplace institutions thrive, whilst others stumble along in a state of mediocrity and even continual crisis.

This gulf between excellence and failure is nowhere more vividly highlighted than within schools, perhaps because of the preciousness and raw emotiveness of their raw material and their products – young people and their futures.

We were privileged to be allowed access to the amazing Rose Bridge High School in Wigan, Manchester. Click above for our longer account of Rose Bridge and its inspirational story of achievement, excellence and – yes – fun.
